Health and Safety awareness is the first order of business for Soli-Bond Inc. employees. Programs designed to maintain that awareness on an everyday, continual basis are incorporated into every project we perform. The Health and Safety programs at Soli-Bond, Inc. include the following elements:

Comprehensive pre-employment medical exams including drug and alcohol screening and physical dexterity testing

Development and use of safe job procedures (SJP’s)

Operator training programs

Company provided personal protective equipment

Daily tailgate safety meetings

Weekly safety meetings

Random drug testing

Annual follow-up medical exams

Internal reporting and root-cause analysis of incident and accident data

Soli-Bond, Inc. maintains a “zero accident” policy and is dedicated to Health and Safety awareness through the full time efforts of a Corporate Health and Safety Manager reporting directly to the President of the firm.  Safety performance is one of the factors used in assessing individual performance from the standpoint of promotion and compensation.  We understand that these efforts can only be successful when our employees comprehend and embrace these policies.
